Guests are requested to cooperate with the scheduled check-in & check-out time. Early check-in or delayed check-out is a matter of concern during this period of time. Due to the gravity of this present pandemic situation, extra additional frequent sanitization of villas/apartment, maintaining proper hygiene is a great need of the day. Each process needs an ideal piece of time. Therefore, we are not in a position to oblige your request for early check-in or delayed check-out. We expect your kind support.

House Rules in brief:

• General rules are mentioned. Kindly click the link to read carefully.
• Maintain respectful values during the stay. The Villa, home, apartment, and all the materials are someone’s property. Please handle them with care.
• Respect the neighborhood & localities.
• At present, outside food is not allowed in the apartment. Support us to maintain cleanliness and hygienic safety.
• No extra guests are allowed other than booked guests in the apartment during the stay. No day visitors, relatives, friends, etc. allowed on the premises. Your health & Safety is the priority here.
• We never solicit loud parties and late-night revelry. 
• The music playing is permitted only within the permissible volume. After 10 pm music playing is not allowed.
• Cooking facility available with prior information and permission. Additional charges are applicable.
• Tea/coffee can be provided in the morning and evening. Additional tea/coffee is extra chargeable.
• Baby food to be arranged by guests management is not responsible.
• Possessing or carrying or consuming any illegal substances by guests or any person in the villa or apartment premises is strictly prohibited.  Any such activities if noticed by us it will be informed immediately to local government administration authorities. Due to misconduct Management holds the full right to deny the reservation, stay or any such commitments given to guests. Bookings or stay confirmation will become null and void. Guest’s have to vacate the premises peacefully clearing all the dues.

• Smoking allowed only in public areas. Inside apartment smoking is prohibited. Kindly respect non-smokers.
• Pools are domestic in size and unguarded. Children should be accompanied by their parents, guardians, or adult people. Management has no responsibility.
• As per government law and policy, travelers who are adults and have reached 18+ years of age are fit to stay in the apartment. Underage people should be accompanied by parents or guardians.
• Parking as per capacity in or out of the premises. 
• We accept government-issued driving licenses and aadhar cards only as age, adress, and identification proof.
• Without an ID card, room allotment will be denied. The booking advance amount is non-refundable in this matter.
• Any violation of management policies and house rules or any inappropriate behavior of guests will invite a polite refusal to accept any confirmed bookings. If the guest has already checked in, then management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Guests have to leave the premises to maintain peace.
